HOW THE PROCESS WORKS: APEX has anonymized the information below due to the competitive nature of the solicitations and proposal environment. If you find an interest, please contact Michael Bianco using the input form below. Include the APEX assigned number or list of numbers to which you want to be introduced. The table columns designate whether the organization seeking a partner is a company or a university and the kind of organization sought for a partnership. The table also includes a technology description of what the advertising organization brings to the table (technology brought) and what the advertising organization seeks in a partner (technology sought) as well as the technical competencies of the desired partner. Once you respond with the APEX assigned number(s) you are interested in meeting, we will review the request with the researcher seeking a partner and get their approval to release additional information to both parties and connect the two of you to explore a collaboration. Once we connect parties, we leave it up to you to discuss if interests, objectives, and capabilities are aligned.

APEX assigned number Organization type Type of partner being sought Technology and/or capabilities brought into the proposal Technology and/or capabilities sought in a partner or subcontractor Areas of technical competence requested in a partner or subcontractor Sort descending What component or agency are you interested in?
108 Small Business Both small business and/or research institute A basewad attached case design cartridge that expells the case downrange thus illuminating ejection cycle. The friction is greatly reduced as the metal Projectile rides on the rifled bore I.D. and the plastic basewad case creates a Bore seal behind the Projectile and rotates it. The hollow center of the Projectile being Supercharged with chamber gasses that are metered through the basewad metering hole then Supercharges the Projectile and making it a simple machine that uses the gasses In a powerexchange to blow off the basewad case and continue to accelerate as it leaves the bore. This is a ideal Tank round or 20mm round as well as a submachine gun round. The friction is greatly reduced allowing rapid fire of rifled barreles and Tank barrels as allowed in smooth bore tank guns prior but delivering rifled barrel accuracy. The illumination of ejection makes all guns more reliable. Gun requirements are modified chamber for inline bore and a modified bolt with electric ignition. Also heavy barrel porting prior to Projectile and case separation at the end of the barrel. A expert in Projectile technologies and gun or ammunition manufacturing. Knowledge of federal and military testing facilities and tank ammunition testing as well as ammunition testing and manufacturing. Military supply DOD contractor for weapons technologies. This technology is patented. Other, A caseless reduced friction supercharged accelerating projectile that by design illiminates ejection of spent cartridge case. The basewad case is shot out the barrel downrange. . Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, DoD Other (DARPA, DLA, USSOCOM, etc.)

120 Small Business Both small business and/or research institute UAS technology is an underutilized learning tool. I build future pilots. Drone applications can be expensive. Leveraging a pilot to minimize liability, maximize utility, and lower costs of production is a good idea. I have experience as a project manager, an account manager, and academic training in mechatronics, automation, design, and electrical engineering. I work. Try me. 115 Small Business I am offering my expertise to those in need The iAI Tech has expertise in AI (Video Analytics/Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition/Machine Learning/Deep Learning) for R&D and system deployment:
For the past five years, we have been working on video analytics R&D projects sponsored by NJDOT and NSF for traffic incident detection, traffic volume counting, traffic congestion management, and pedestrian detection.
Since 2021, we have been exploring the possibility of field deployment of our smart traffic video analytics systems for NJDOT, and demonstration projects for pedestrian and vehicle detection, counting, and classification for New Jersey (NJ) Transit. Some details/demo results of our systems are shown below using hundreds of real traffic videos from NJDOT, NJ Transit, South Korea, as well as videos from field deployment. All these videos are acquired in real world environments with challenging factors such as adverse illumination and weather conditions. Smart Traffic Video Analytics (STVA) system for automatic traffic volume counting for improving public transportation safety (supported by NJDOT).
We are looking for partners who need our expertise in AI/ML and computer vision and want to collaborate with us in developing SBIR proposals. We are looking for partnering with other organizations for SBIR proposals Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, DoD Other (DARPA, DLA, USSOCOM, etc.), Non-DoD (Dept. of Energy, NASA, NSF, etc.)
22 Small Business Research Institute Partner (University, College, FFRDC, etc.) We are an SBA 8(a) Certified and Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business. Our capability is to provide a platform for universities to use in pursuit of SBIRs/STTRs. Our organization is extremely well versed in proposal writing, as well as in Federal Government contract management. We hope to be able to utilize our small business in bringing the research conducted at universities to the government through SBIRs. We are looking for universities that are interested in finding a small business partner that will be a bridge for that university to showcase their research work to government agencies through SBIR grants. We have no specific preference Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, DoD Other (DARPA, DLA, USSOCOM, etc.), Non-DoD (Dept. of Energy, NASA, NSF, etc.)
