The Air Force seeks a digital tool to integrate infrastructure data for supply and maintenance solutions (such as supply chain risk management). Furthermore, this tool should provide data visualization, analysis, and sharing capabilities across government and contractor systems. To meet this need Lp Resilient Services in partnership with the Penn State Applied Research Laboratory proposes a solution that adapts the capabilities from the ongoing "Applied Risk Management for Organizational Resilience" study at the institution for the end-user. By delivering these capabilities over a Commercial Off The Shelf Software-as-a-Service platform, this tool could provide enterprise-wide visibility of supply chain notifications below the prime/lead system integrator level to support data-driven decisions on cost, schedule, and performance across the system development lifecycle.
